How to jump into PvP
Joining any PvP content in Gloria Victis doesn't require from you to do any grinding. You can jump into the action and battles over location the same moment you create your character and enter the game.
Castle sieges and PvP actions happen across the world map in real time and organically by the players' initiative and siege events which popup regulary.
Monitor the map
To jump into the action, you need to be aware and to know where things are happening. The best way to understand it is by observing the world map. Your nation shares borders with two hostile nations, so look for lit or burning icons over locations. This indicates that something is happening there.

Look for active parties
Upon pressing the [P] button, you will open a party finder window. Right there, you can see which parties are made. Most of them will be publicly open, so you can enter one of them, check where the other players on the map are and join them.
Logistician
In each capital and major location, a :logistician: logistician is located who will fast travel you to the location which is controlled by your nation, is within your motherland's range and is not under attack; a burning icon on the map over the location indicates that.

Siege Events
The sieges start automatically after each **Valley of Death Tournament**, and they also occur randomly throughout the day. To be informed about such an event and have the option for direct teleportation to the besieged location, you have to reach level 18, but you can join such a siege on your own. Use the logistician to teleport as close as possible, and then ride on the horse there.

Valley of Death Tournament
To join this event, you need to have level 15. This event happens daily and multiple times. Press [U] button to see the schedule. This is a great event to start your journey with the PvP aspects of the game and gain your first experience in the game's combat.
Arena
This is a great place to actually see the game's combat. Arena offers you 1v1 skirmishes, alongside group duels. In the arena, you can find siege engines and some NPCs with whom you can train and test your combat skills. You can join the arena from level 1 and grind as much as you want. This is a great source of character experience.
