Guilds
Guilds are groups of players with a common cause that pool resources together to achieve goals. Members can be identified on the battlefield by their unique guild heraldry.
- Guilds have the right to compete for guild provinces after unlocking a province slot.
- Up to 3 guilds in the same nation can band together to form an alliance.
- Guild level (1-100) determines membership capacity and what defenses are available at owned provinces.
- Guild Ranking (F2) shows the overall strength of all guilds on the server.
- Form a guild: Press G and type in a lore appropriate name.
- Join a guild: Visit the Guild Recruitment Board in the capital city and select a guild. You may also receive guild invitations directly from other players in your notifications.
- Leave a guild: Press G, select the members tab, and click the red door icon in the bottom left.
Heraldry
The leader or vice leader can design Heraldry using the basic heraldic symbols available in game and an expanded selection of symbols in the Supporter Shop and the market. Heraldry is displayed on shields, siege equipment and at locations captured by the guild. Any non-basic heraldry symbols used must be on the Leader's account. If the leader leaves the guild or is replaced, the new leader will be prompted to purchase the symbol.
Recruitment
There are several ways to recruit players to a guild. Only those with Officer rank or above can recruit:
- The Recruitment Board: Press G and select the Recruitment tab, then fill out the form and press publish. This information will be displayed on all friendly Guild Recruitment Boards. You can visit the guild recruitment board to see how your guild is perceived on the board.
- Press G, select the Members tab, and select “Invite” and then type the player’s name
- Press E on a nearby player and select invite to guild.
Guilds on the recruitment board are listed by activity level, so keeping members active helps push it toward the top of the listing regardless of how many members it has.

Guild Level
Guild level determines membership capacity, total Economic points at a guild province, and what defensive structures including wall strength are available at a guild province. Accumulate guild points from members to increase guild level.
Guilds can level up to 100.
See Guild Levels for detailed information on leveling up a guild.
Guild Points
Guild points are essentially XP for guilds, gained from Nation Points and also from any activity that gives Open Saturday State of War Deactivation Points.
Players earn Nation Points for every PvP kill they participate in. Guild members donate their nation points to their guild at a Castle Keeper or their Nation Commander. Donated nation points become guild points which help to level the guild up.
Players can see their total accumulated guild points in the Members tab. Press F2 and select My Profile to see accumulated nation points.
Guild officers passively earn guild points daily as a perk of their rank if the guild owns a province.
Leaving or being removed from a guild will result in the player losing all banked guild points on that character. The guild does not lose them, but the player does not receive them back.
Ranking
Guilds on each server participate in a competitive ranked leaderboard. Press F2 and select Guild Rankings to see the current season’s competition. Ranking is determined by guild points.
Number 1 rank from last season gets a gold icon.
Number 2 rank from last season gets a silver icon.
Number 3 rank from last season gets a bronze icon.
The guilds rounding out the top 10 from last season get a green icon.
Guild Treasury
Guild members may deposit money into the guild bank on the Information tab of the guild window. Only the leader and vice leader may remove money. There is currently no shared item storage or guild depot. The treasury can collect money from taxes for guilds owning Guild Provinces if they invest in the Sangmarian Officer Guild Technology.
Alliances
Alliances can include up to 3 guilds. This opens up the /a alliance chat channel and options for special permissions at guild provinces.
Members can fast travel to allied guild provinces by clicking the province flag on the map if it is is properly linked to the capital.
Guild Castles have permissions that can allow Alliance members of certain ranks to use doors and defensive structures such as oil and ballistas. This can be helpful to carefully manage to ensure a guild castle only allows trusted allied individuals to use their doors and ballistas.
Changing Nations As A Guild
As players can move to underdog nation for free via an NPC, we see no reason to not help to move the guilds as a whole. However, please remember that must be sure all of the remaining members of a guild attempting to switch nation want to do it as well. Moving a guild from a nation with normal or dominating status to an underdog nation – all members of the guild have to confirm the will of the transfer, by sending an email to support@gloriavictisgame.com from mailboxes assigned to each account in the guild. Before sending emails - please contact Community Manager Daimon Frey first to assist you and remind you what has to be done.
Mail template: Title: [GuildName] Guild Transfer Content: I, [MainCharacterNameOnAccount] want to change nation from [BaseNation] to [DestinationNation] with my guild [GuildName] on server [GuildMainServer]. I do confirm, that I removed all my other characters from other guild and I am ready for transfer.
DO NOT send your emails before letting Community Manager Daimon Frey know you want to make such a transfer and before you receive permission for it.
Important note – whenever a guild’s move is supported following the rule above, we DO NOT move the owned Guild Castles. After the supported nation switch, all GCs owned by such a guild would turn grey and everyone will have equal rights to compete for it at the very next available State of War time.
Since transfer can take up to few days, and the underdog is being calculated from an average of many days - we do check the status of the nation on the moment of the transfer request, with a requirement of having a long-term underdog status ongoing on the moment of the request. This is to avoid both potential manipulations of getting underdog on the potential dominating nation, or dominating nation lose the balance points to try to make underdog lose its status right before the transfer happens.
Guild Technology
Guilds can research benefits for their members. See Guild Technology for more info.
Door Permissions
Guilds at level 80 or higher can operate the back doors of nation controlled gatehouses at a siege by any of their members who are Veteran rank or higher. All other players will teleport through doors.
