Health

Health is a statistic derived from constitution. Each point in constitution provides 1 health.

Health Pool

The health pool may be temporarily increased by the Food Quality buff and other consumables such as Erendi's Elixir.

Healing

Healing may be done with simple bandages and bandages. There are no other consumables that directly recover health points, but many that provide health regeneration, which speeds up the rate of healing.
