Archaeology

Archaeology is a new skill in which players can use treasure maps to reveal a treasure on the map and then go dig it up. Archaeology requires a shovel and gives the player Mining and Metallurgy experience.

Treasure Maps

Treasure maps can be obtained by killing humanoid NPCs and by digging in the excavation pit. To use a map to reveal a treasure, right click the map and select "use." Then look at the map and find the pin. Travel to that location and interact to dig up your treasure.
