Stamina Drain Multiplier

The stamina drain multiplier is a measure of how stamina usage is affected by your equipped armor. Heavier and larger pieces of armor have a greater impact on stamina usage. Keeping the stamina drain multiplier low is an effective way to conserve stamina.
LIGHT ARMOR AND STAMINA DRAIN Medium and heavy armors have the same stamina drain modifiers across tiers (meaning, for example, that a low tier helmet has the same stamina drain as a high tier helmet).
Light armor has a unique system in which stamina drain is reduced as the tier increases. This means that the lowest tier light armor has a much more substantial stamina drain multiplier than the top tier light armor, which has a 0.0 stamina drain modifier.
