To practice some of these techniques, you have lots of options: queue up for 1v1 arena duels, find an in-game mentor, challenge nearby people to a duel anywhere in the world, or try fighting the level 30, 60, and 100 combat training NPCs in the Arena. They are located near the practice siege equipment along the outside edge of the arena area.
