"Tokening" is another term for beginning Siege Preparations at a Guild Province. It is a necessary part of State of War and competing for a guild province. A "token" costs 4 gold and can be purchased by an officer, vice leader, or leader by clicking the guild province flag they wish to begin siege preparations against during the four hour Siege Preparations Window.
