Siege Preparations Window

This is the 4 hour time period in which guilds are allowed to token and begin siege preparations at guild provinces.
The Siege Preparations Window includes the 2 hours prior to and the 2 hours after the province's State of War timer.
Siege preparations must be successfully completed in order to trigger a State of War.
