Health is a statistic derived from constitution. Each point in constitution provides 1 health. Health can be increased with the Tough One ability, and it can be temporarily increased by the Food Quality buff and other consumables such as Erendi's Elixir.

Healing

Healing may be done with simple bandages and bandages. Only players with medic abilities can apply bandages to other players. There are many consumables that improve health regeneration speed, which speeds up the rate of healing.

Health Regeneration

Health Regeneration is a statistic which measures how many health points are recovered per second. Each point in the constitution attribute gives .02 Health points regeneration per second. There are several consumables and abilities that increase health or health regeneration.

You can regenerate health when:

  • out of combat

You cannot regenerate health when:

  • in combat
  • swimming
  • attacking
  • blocking
  • kicking
