Reinforcing is a chance based activity that allows players to improve the quality of an item after it has been crafted. Reinforcing is done with Reinforcement Kits and does not require being at a crafting workshop. The reinforcement process is sometimes called "Upgrading."
Reinforcement kits are given as daily, weekly, and monthly log in rewards. They can also be purchased at vendors.
