The Logistician is an NPC located within the walls of every location on the Link system. For a fee, he can help you fast travel you up to 2 links from the capital city. He can be found by looking for an icon of a covered wagon. He is always next to a Stablemaster, who can be identified on the minimap by a horse shoe icon. The logisitican does not allow traveling to any location under siege.
If the location is cut off from or not connected to the rest of the nation's link system, the logistician does not work.
