Every Saturday, there is an Open State of War at all guild provinces which is automatically triggered by on Friday evening. Aside from how it is triggered, it functions as a normal State of War. Guilds must pay for a token to capture a province during the Saturday Open State of War.

Guild members may complete deactivation activities throughout the week to stop the Saturday Open State of War from happening. All guild provinces have an Open State of War on the last Saturday of every month which cannot be deactivated or avoided.

Deactivation

Deactivation is achieved by a guild completing enough activities to fill the Deactivation progress bar of 3,000 points.

Activities that provide Deactivation points:

  • Events: Capped at 500 points daily. See below for a list of activities.
  • Daily Challenges: No cap. Guild members will earn 1 point for each Daily Challenge they complete. Press H to see daily challenge options.
  • Attack in a State of War: No cap. Points generated are based on activity and the number of guild members who participate.

Each event is worth a varying amount of points, depending on how many guild members participate. These activities are available all throughout the week, and deactivation progress can be be checked in the Provinces tab.

Every guild member participating will generate points toward deactivation.

Any guilds which do not complete deactivation by the Friday night server reset will have a State of War on Saturday.

All guild provinces have an Open State of War on the last Saturday of every month which cannot be deactivated or avoided.

Deactivation Activities

To deactivate the Open Saturday State of War, guild members may complete the following activities and Events:

Group Events that contribute to Deactivation

Your guild earns bonus Deactivation if the guild leader of that guild is the Party Leader. The more guild members that are in the party, the more Deactivation Points you all collectively earn. Points are awarded after the final stage of these events.

  • [Group event] Wealthy Sorcerer's Tower

  • [Group event] Secrets of Ystad/Serai/Dundrum

  • [Group event] Rogue Highlanders – the Chief

Solo Events that Contribute to Deactivation

Group and solo events near link lines contribute to Deactivation.

Complete solo events near the link lines. If the event is too far from the link line, it will not give deactivation points. These events give more deactivation when done in a group, but they will be done very fast. (This list is incomplete).

  • Ambush of the Rejected
  • Save the Mine
  • Kill Hamrammirs
  • Ambush of the Rejected
  • Kill Lynxes
  • Kill Highlanders
  • Kill River Hogs

Other activities that contribute to Deactivation

  • Killing Kargald Champions
  • Attacking in another State of War
  • Guild members completing Daily Challenges [Default: H]

Activities that do NOT contribute to Deactivation

  • Ragi/Sirius/Brandon
  • Rite of Trinity/Rite of The One/Circle of Life

Remember that on the last Saturday of the month, the Open State of War cannot be deactivated. All 9 guild provinces will have a State of War on the final Saturday of the month.

Guilds that have completed their Saturday Deactivation may elect to enable State of War anyway. This is called "Challenge Mode." and the option for it is in the Provinces tab of the guild menu.
