Greenleaf

Greenleaf is an accountwide status that signifies the account that does not yet have a character who has reached level 50. Once any of that account's characters reach 50, the account becomes a Goldleaf until a character reaches level 100.

Greenleaf status can be seen by all players on all nations in game, as a green leaf icon appears next to their nameplate and overhead icon. The player will have an identifying icon in their Status Tray as well.

Greenleaves do not give nation points to enemy players when killed in combat. Greenleaves are not protected from looting in lootable areas.

Benefits

Newcomers in Gloria Victis receive some benefits:

• Greenleaves may freely change nations at any time, this is done in the Character select screen. Upon reaching level 50 (orange leaf), Nation changes are restricted to moving to the Underdog nation only through the recruiter in the capital city if one is available.
• Greenleaves have infinite Abilities and Attribute resets until they reach level 50. After level 50, each reset costs Contribution points or Ambers.
• Greenleaves can award Mentor Points to specific players who help them. When they party with any other player, they automatically award mentor points to everyone in the party.
• Greenleaves may select a mentor who will be automatically rewarded with mentor points and contribution points when they reach various leveling milestones. Mentor points are a valuable resource that affect "chance" events, and mentor points cannot be earned in any way other than helping new players.
• Killing greenleaf players does not award Nation Points.
