Players earn Nation Points for every PvP kill they participate in, as a proportion of total damage dealt. A full kill on a player will yield 500 nation points. Killing the same player repeatedly will yield fewer points with each kill.
When you die, you lose up to 500 nation points. If you do not have any nation points on you, the enemy will still be rewarded nation points in most circumstances.
To see your current nation points, press (F2) and click on My Profile.
Nation Points can be donated to guilds (banked) after PvP engagements at the Nation Commander in the capital city or at a Castle keeper NPC at a guild province. The Nation Points then become Guild Points which contribute to the guild's level. If you are not in a guild, you carry your nation points with you at all times.
Nation Points are not earned or lost in the Valley of Death Tournament.
Note: Nation points are account bound, not character bound. You can earn nation points on one character and turn them in on another character.
