Crafting workshops are labeled by profession and can be found within the walls of nation controlled territories and resource gathering areas like farms, mines and lumber mills. These can go to +3.
Every craftable item has a preferred workshop, displayed at the top of the crafting menu. Using the correct workshop will always yield vastly better results and more crafting experience than using the wrong one or not using one at all.
Crafting workshops and locations:
- Tailoring and Leatherworking Workshop - Temples, Castles and Forts
- Armorsmithing Workshop - Temples, Castles and Forts
- Weapon Forging Workshop - Temples, Castles and Forts
- Cooking and Alchemy Workshop - Inns
- Metallurgist's Workshop - Mines
- Engineering Workshop - Lumber Mills
- Villager's Workshop - Farms

Upgrading Workshops
The crafting workshop level is determined by its base level and the location’s efficiency level. Both of these can be improved at the architect's table inside the bastion building.
Any player may upgrade a crafting workshop or fill the bastion to improve the level of the crafting workshops.
