Stalls are a new feature, (F3 keybind by default) that allows players to use their character as a storefront to buy and sell items from other players in an AFK or semi-AFK manner. Introduced on March 18, 2021, stall features are still being developed.
Overview
Players cannot move, fight or craft when they are acting as a stall.
Stalls can be set nearly anywhere, but players and their stalls can be looted if set in a lootable area, much like a crafting workstation.
A player in stall mode appears sitting down with a loot bag icon to the right of his name/indicator. Visual improvements to stalls may be added later.
Players from any nation may interact with a stall, but there is no dedicated place for cross-nation trade to occur, so this rarely happens, as most shops are set up in guild provinces or in nation capitals and are generally only "shopped" by members of the same nation.
Stalls begin with 4 slots. This can be expanded to 12 slots by paying 150 Ambers or 5 gold per additional slot. Slots can hold stacks of materials and consumables or individual pieces of armor, weapons, and tools.
Stalls can also hold up to 6 horses.
A notification will appear when a buy or sell transaction occurs.
Closing a stall erases the contents and settings of the stall and must be manually reapplied if the player wishes to set up the same shop parameters in the future.
Stalls may not be set in the arena.
Comparison to the Market
- Stalls do not take any fees for buying or selling.
- Stalls may host items with durability loss.
- Stalls do not have fees for buying or selling items. The Market places fees for posting based on selling price and duration.
- Stall owners may place Buy orders, provided they have at least 1 of the item to set the order with.
- Stalls may sell up to 6 horses.
- Stalls may be set nearly anywhere. Markets are located only at capital cities and guild provinces.
- Stalls may have prices set to 0, to allow items to be given away freely. This can be especially helpful for getting players prepared for large sieges when many players need items such as food, tents, bandages, and barricades.
Browsing Interface
To interact with a players shop, aim at them, press E, and scroll to "View Stall".
Buy Orders
Players can request to buy specific quantities of items from others at a specific price with a buy Order. Items with buy orders have a yellow up arrow indicator in the shop interface. To set a Buy order, the player needs at least 1 of the item they want to purchase in the shop window. Note: The character must have sufficient funds to purchase the entire quantity of the buy order when setting up the order.
BUY INTERFACE
Sell Orders
Players can sell armor, weapons, tools, crafting materials, consumables, and skins in their stalls for whatever price they like, or they can set them to give away free.
SELL INTERFACE
Further Development
Possible future development MAY include: stall graphics or skins, ability to sell horses, shop emotes to attract customers, cross-nation Bazaar holidays in the arena.
