The Logistician is an NPC located within the walls of every location on the [[Link System | Link system]]. For a fee, he can teleport you up to 2 links from the capital city. He can be found by looking for an icon of a covered wagon. He is always next to a Stablemaster, who can be identified on the minimap by a horse shoe icon. The logisitican does not allow traveling to locations which are under [[Sieges | siege]].

If the location is cut off from or not connected to the rest of the nation's link system, the logistician does not work.
