New page

Character Progression in Gloria Victis oscillates around the character level. The maximum level each character can have is 100. With each level, the character gains 5 attribute points, which can be added to strength, constitution and dexterity. Also, the character gains 1 ability point, allowing players to unlock passive skills, which make the character stronger and better.

*Strength - Increases overall damage output of all weapons.
*Dexterity - Increases damage output of all bows, daggers, and swords.
*Constitution - Provides superior increases to health, health regeneration, and stamina. And provides a good bonus to stamina regen.

'''Insight:''' Each character can have more than the basic 525 attribute points. There are rare books that add 1 attribute point, up to a maximum of 25 points.

Another layer of character progression is '''Character Development'''. Character development allows you to develop the skills to equip better armour and weapons, and collect higher tier resources as you level up the different trees.

'''TIP:''' Once you unlock Tier 4 armour, try to wear armour pieces from all 3 types - light, medium and heavy armour - at the same time. They have to be tier 4. This way, you will simultaneously unlock and gain access to wear all types of armour from Tier 5. For example, you can wear a Tier 4 light shield, one Tier 4 medium part, and one Tier 4 heavy part.

The next part of character progression is related to '''[[Crafting]]''' and levelling up the variant crafting branches.
*Cooking & Herbalism
*Armoursmithing
*Weaponforging
*Engineering
*Tailoring & Leatherwoking
